DETAILS

Often when experiencing infertility, a lot of energy is spent on timing, especially when medical treatment is involved. Do we schedule vacation when I have a procedure? What if I'm pregnant? I need to take a couple months off to take care of myself, how can I [fill in the blank]. And then there are the triggering events that just seem best to not attend. How can you maintain some sense of equanimity when life keeps coming at you? How can you put the experiencing into perspective so you can keep a full life? During this session, we will explore staying present in your body and your life and gain a Jewish perspective on coping during challenging times. This program will involve brief gentle movement, and some discussion. Make sure you are in an appropriate setting to join. A video conference link will be sent to you with your registration confirmation.
